Mel Masengale started in church ministry as a youth pastor in 1999. Since then, he has served as the youth or associate pastor in churches in Oklahoma & Texas. In 1999 Mel married Kim, and together they have two daughters. Kim loves ministering to women and works as a counselor. They are committed to see God take Victory Church to the next level in the years to come.
