Mark Crow 
Mark Crow is an energetic and influential author, pastor, and leader. For many years, Mark has been impacting lives all over the globe with his wit, humor, passion, and genuine love for God and people. Mark, along with his wife Jennifer, founded Victory Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in August of 1994. Under his dynamic leadership, Victory Church reaches a large diversity of people, and has expanded into various locations, including the Main campus and Hispanic campus in Oklahoma City, campuses in Edmond, and Norman, OK, as well as the newest location in Maseru, Africa.
Along with pastoring an ever-growing megachurch, Mark Crow is the President of Integrity Leadership Ministries, a group of ministers from around the country who gather together to exchange ministry resources, build relationships, and empower church leaders. He is committed to leading with integrity and is a coach with EQUIP, John Maxwell’s leadership training program that was created to develop effective Christian leaders. Mark is a chairman on the board of the Beautiful Dream Society, an anti-human trafficking organization based in the United States, whose mission is to rescue and restore victims of human trafficking crimes in Lesotho, Africa and South Africa. He is also a chairman on the board of Danita’s Children, an organization set up to rescue, love and care for orphans in Ouanaminthe, Haiti.
Together, Mark Crow and Victory Church are fulfilling our mission to reach cities, change nations and touch the world. We are doing this through community outreach, missions support, original worship music, a 24/7 stream of Worship Experiences and original music on their websites, and a growing international TV ministry. Mark also travels and speaks, sharing his passion for knowing Christ and living a victorious life with people all over the world. In addition to being the Senior Pastor of Victory Church and speaking at other locations, Mark is a renowned author, having written books such as “Extraordinary Living,” “Mastering Your Storms,” and "Secrets of the Second Mile.”
Mark’s commitment to communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ began in 1977, when he was radically saved from a lifestyle of depression as well as drug and alcohol abuse. Several years later he attended Oral Roberts University, received a bachelor’s degree in Theology, and met his wife Jennifer. Mark also holds a Master’s degree in ministry from Southwestern Christian University. Mark and Jennifer have five children and currently live in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Jennifer Crow
Passion, intensity, and an authenticity that makes you feel you’ve known her all your life, are among the many attributes that people use to describe Jennifer Crow. After battling several incurable conditions coupled with depression, Jennifer was miraculously healed in 2003, and has been unstoppable since! Her love of life and commitment to help others live a life of victory are one of the driving forces behind the growth and success of Victory Church.
Jennifer, a graduate of Oral Roberts University, is co-pastor of Victory Church with her husband, Senior Pastor Mark Crow. Jennifer also founded the chart-topping Victory Church worship team, VMusic, that later became Warr Acres. Her passion for worship has helped develop an anointed, undeniable atmosphere of complete surrender during Worship Experiences at Victory Church.
Jennifer is the founder of the Beautiful Dream Society, an organization whose goal is to fight, and one day end, human trafficking in the South African country of Lesotho. You can read more about the efforts being made through the Beautiful Dream Society to raise awareness, take legal action where appropriate, and offer rehabilitation services to rescued victims of human trafficking in Lesotho, at beautifuldream.tv.
Along with her responsibilities at Victory Church and the Beautiful Dream Society, her number one responsibility is being a wife and the mother of five beautiful children.
